On Wednesday, February 12, during Viking Time, Room Signups will open to all members of the Spring Trip. Please read all directions below - Directors will be unavailable to answer questions on Wednesday.

1. Students will find their own names on stickers posted alphabetically by last name. Stickers are sorted by group and by gender (i.e. Male Band, Female Band, Male Orchestra, Female Orchestra). Students who sign up for a spot that is not their own will lose roommate choice privileges and be assigned randomly to a room after all students have signed up.
2. After finding an empty room, students will place their sticker in the room. Rooms will be sorted by gender.

Helpful Reminders:

• If you will be absent at the time of signup, please email or text Mr. Cao via Remind101 IN ADVANCE​ to reserve your spot with your roommates.
• Students MAY choose roommates from any group (i.e. Band students can room with Orchestra students)
  
• Students MAY NOT move or change their sticker once it is stuck on the page without consulting Mr. Cao.
• Students MAY NOT sign up anyone other than themselves.
• Students who do not communicate their absence or inability to sign up will be assigned randomly to a room after all students have signed up.
• Students who disrupt the roommate choice process will have their choice privileges removed.
