Vines Band Program
The Vines Band is the one of the greatest high school band programs in Plano ISD and includes several performing ensembles: Wind Symphony, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Percussion Ensemble, Drumline, Jazz Ensemble, and Color Guard.
In the Fall, all of the various parts of the Vines Band combine to create the Vines High School Marching Band, which performs at football games, marching contests and community events.
The Vines Band has earned a reputation for consistently demonstrating the highest level of performance and our students take pride in always doing their best. Our ensembles consistently earn Sweepstakes at UIL. We work hard and we have a lot of fun! Our students take AP and Honors classes and participate in many different sports, clubs, and other student groups at Vines. There are no academic or athletic programs that conflict with participation in band. Band will fit into every schedule!
