• 6:30pm: Stage in main lobby with nametags to meet your students
  • Verify that they have joined your Remind Group
• 7:00pm: Go home and set your alarms for an early morning!

​Day 1: Friday, 4/22

• 5:30am: Chaperone Meeting in Cafeteria with Mr. Cao
• 5:45am: Staged in Cafeteria to receive students
  • Check students in HERE
  • ​Text any missing students on Remind, notify Mr. Cao via Remind
• 6:00am: Students arrive. Once they arrive, they do not leave your sight.
• 6:30am: Lead students to the busses - you will board first
  • Bus Captain: Check students in HERE
• 7:00am or earlier: Depart for Austin
• 15min before arrival: Wake students up
• 11:00am: Arrive at Capitol Grounds
  • Truck students dismissed first to meet with Mr. Cao, while everyone else uncases on board
• 11:05am: Students dismissed to meet Mr. Martin, Mr. Arakawa, and Ms. Seitter on the East Lawn
• 11:15am: Enter Capitol Security Check last. Chaperones proceed upstairs to 2nd and 3rd Floor Rotunda Balconies
• Noon: Performance
• Following Performance: 
  • Bus Captains head to busses immediately to stage: Check students in HERE
  • Truck students return to busses
• 1:20pm: Depart for lunch
• Arrive at Mall: Students dismissed for lunch
• 2:15pm: Students load busses
  • Bus Captain: Check students in HERE
• 2:20pm: Depart for San Antonio
• River Cruise
  • ​Bus 1, 2, 3A leave at 4:30pm
  • Bus 3B, 4, 5 leave at 5:30pm
• 8:30pm: Chaperones stage in Marriott Riverwalk Lobby & Board busses
  • Bus Captain: Check students in HERE
• 9:00pm: Check In & receive keys
• 10:30pm​: Lights Out & Tape doors

Day 2: Saturday, 4/23

• 6:30am: Breakfast is served
• 8:00am-8:20am: Chaperone Meeting with Mr. Cao in Breakfast area
• 9:30am: Room check
  • Show them pre-determined in-person location on map above
• 9:45am: Students load busses
  • Bus Captain: Check students in HERE
• 10:00am or earlier: Depart for Six Flags
• 10:20am: Arrive at Six Flags
  • Distribute tickets to students
  • Remind students of pre-determined check-in locations
• 10:30am: Enter park
• ~12:00-12:20pm: Digital Check-In
  • Send students a text to respond digitally on Remind.

• 1:30-2:00pm: In-Person Check-In
  • Students must see you in-person during this timeframe at a pre-determined location.

  • Once a room is cleared, collect keys from students and send them downstairs to busses

• 8:30am: All luggage on curb by busses ready for loading
• 9:00am: Depart for Buc-ee's Temple
  • Bus Captain: Check students in HERE
• 11:30am: Lunch stop @ Buc-ee's Temple
• 12:15pm: Return to busses
  • Check students in HERE
• ​12:30pm: Depart for VHS
• 3:00pm: Arrive at VHS
