Parents of all NEW and RETURNING Band or Colorguard members must complete the applicable Order Form on Membership Toolkit MTK in order for us to complete uniform orders for next year. NOTE: Only Parents are able to access the forms!
NOTE - Colorguard Students who will be in Band in the Spring....Use the COLORGUARD ORDER FORMS. You will need to set the field under Parent Information to "Parent of CG student" (not Band) in order to see the form.
INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
1. REVIEW information and tips (click HERE, pg 6) regarding Required Items BEFORE filling out the form. Once the form is submitted, you won't be able to change it!
(Only applies to band items. Colorguard - ask Mr Peek or Mr Chavero if you have questions.)
2. REGISTER/LOGIN ON MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT (MTK)
3. The screen should immediately take you to the correct page after logging in.
If not, navigate to "MY ACCOUNT / MY FORMS/PAPERWORK".
4. FILL OUT THE FORM.

Please feel free to share this information with other incoming Vines Band families and encourage them to register on Membership Toolkit to receive important information from the Vines Band Boosters. Remember, all band families are automatically members of the Vines Band Boosters, but we cannot contact individuals who do not register with Vines Band on MTK.

2. REGISTER/LOGIN ON MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT (MTK)
- Go to https://vinesband.membershiptoolkit.com/home and click on:
- Returning User: Login using your email address and password.
- New User: Click “Create Account” under “New User?” Fill in information for parents/guardians and student(s).
3. The screen should immediately take you to the correct page after logging in.
If not, navigate to "MY ACCOUNT / MY FORMS/PAPERWORK".
- Update Parent & Student Information and Directory & Publish Preferences. You must do this to see the registration forms. (If you don't see green checkmarks next to these items, please review them again and be sure to Save.)
- Click on "2026-27 Band (or Colorguard) Required Items"
- TIP - If you are not able to see the form, go back to Parent Information and make sure the very first field "How are you connected to the band?" is set to "Parent of Band (or CG) Student".
4. FILL OUT THE FORM.
- Make applicable selections under Quantity as needed on the form. If you have multiple students, some of the lines are specific to each student.
- Click Save & Checkout at the bottom.
- Confirm all selections are accurate, confirm payment amount and click Pay with Credit Card. ($150 deposit is required to submit the band form. Colorguard Forms have different requirements.) If you require a payment plan, please refer to the Launch Camp Flyer for deadlines.
- Confirm / Enter credit card info and click Continue.
- Review your order and click PLACE ORDER.
5. EVERYONE - SPIRIT WEAR & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
- We are still working on all the offerings for spirit wear, miscellaneous items and photo buttons. Watch for another email at the beginning of June regarding these items!
- Volunteer Opportunities Form will also open in June!
6. SCHOLARSHIP FUND APPLICATION
- The Vines Band Directors and Boosters are strongly committed to ensuring all students have the opportunity to participate in the program regardless of their financial ability to do so. As such, a scholarship fund has been set aside for families needing assistance in meeting the financial requirements of the band. If you are interested in applying for financial aid for band expenses or private instrument lessons, please return the completed Scholarship Application (https://www.vinesband.info/boosters.html) to Mr. Cao at [email protected].
