We, as the Vines Leadership Team, will better our Band and community by teaching through experience and turning our troubles into excellence.

​Game Procedure

  1. 4:15pm: Captains roll instrument carts into staging areas below for loading. LT eat quickly to facilitate loading. DMs all on Walkies, 1 per room
    1. ​Brass (2 Carts): Band Hall
    2. Woodwinds (1 Cart): Orchestra Room
    3. Percussion: Percussion Room & Ensemble Room - load first, then eat
    4. Guard: Orchestra Room
  2. 4:45pm: Vigilantes roll carts to trucks for loading, plus 3 podiums. DMs load speakers, speaker stands, headsets, megaphone, walkies.
  3. 5:00pm: SLs inspect uniforms - drifit, shorts, long black socks, marching shoes, mask, water jug, flip folder, drawstring bag, instrument
  4. ~5:05pm: DMs dismiss rooms to busses after receiving word from Directors.
  5. Arrive at Stadium
    1. ​DMs, Vigilantes, SLs, Percussion, Tubas offload immediately to unload trucks.
    2. DMs release busses to gather instruments and meet with SLs.
    3. SLs lead students into stands.
  6. Load busses & trucks​
    1. DMs, Vigilantes, SLs, Percussion, Tubas leave stands immediately following School Song to load.
    2. DMs pack speakers.
    3. SLs lead students to busses.
  7. Arrive at School​
    1. ​DMs, Vigilantes, SLs, Percussion, Tubas offload immediately to unload trucks.
    2. DMs release busses to gather instruments.
    3. All dismissed
